Sony Xperia i1 Honami is Sony’s next imaging monster. We’ve heard a bit about the Sony Honami phone which will supposed feature an image sensor ranging from 16MP to 20MP, but apart from that, not much else is known. Well thanks to leaked specs, it seems that additional details about the phone have surfaced. For starters the device is expected to be called the Xperia i1 and will come with a 5-inch 1080p display will take up its position on the front of the device and it will feature Sony’s Triluminos technology. The battery capacity will be at least 2700mAh, with up to 3000mAh expected, will be both water and dust resistant and 10mm thick.

If anything this sounds like a more souped up version of the Sony Xperia Z, with a beefier processor and camera, although we have to wonder if the Xperia i1 Honami will come in the same design, or at least use the same premium materials as the Xperia Z. In any case since none of this can actually be confirmed, we suggest you take this with a grain of salt for now, but based on these alleged specs, what do you guys think of the phone? Would this be a device of interest to you?

There will be 32GB internal storage, 4G LTE support and the Xperia i1 will be water resistant, just like the Sony Xperia Z, the Honami’s older brother.

Other features on Sony’s next flagship device will be a Snapdragon 800 chipset with a 2.3GHz quad-core Krait 400 processor, Adreno 330 graphics and 2GB of RAM.

Archos 80 XS tablet is the fourth generation of Android Tablet from ARCHOS. Featuring the OMAP 4 processor, the latest Smart Multi-core technology from Texas Instruments and running standard, un-skinned Android 4.1 Ice Cream Sandwich it also features ARCHOS unique multimedia applications.

Below is Review about Archos 80 XS tablet from cnet.com:

The good: The lightweight, 8GB Archos 80 XS tablet runs 1080p video smoothly, and its kickstand is a useful addition.

The bad: The tablet is uncomfortable to hold, with disappointing viewing angles and awkward button placement. Its single camera has poor recording quality.

The bottom line: The 8GB Archos 80 XS delivers a complete Android experience at a low price, but its rough design, low-quality camera, and awkward button placement make it feel rushed to market.

What format can play on Archos 80 XS?

Video playback• H.264 HD (up to 1080p @30fps)
• MPEG-42 HD (up to 1080p @30fps)
• With the above codecs, the device can play video files with the following extensions: AVI, MP4, MOV, 3GP, MPG, PS, TS, MKV, FLV

Audio Playback• MP3
• WAV (PCM/ADPCM)
• AAC3, AAC+ 5.13
• OGG Vorbis
• FLAC

Though it has some drawbacks in design, it really doesn’t matter for users who often take the tablet as a portable media player. As you see, it runs 1080p videos smoothly.
